the easiest interpretation

Posted by mkdirusername on 07/24/2008

I was taken aback when my parents told me that I got a huge tattoo on the inside of my arm as a way to avenge myself of childhood traumas and rebel against them.
Then I realised that it’s easier for them to live with a world where I react against them, rather than a world where I act without consideration of their feelings (about a tattoo). Perhaps then I should let them believe this.

the future brings adventure

Posted by mkdirusername on 07/01/2008

And the future?
Why worry about it? It’s not real.

Yet.

And still, you’re left wondering what effect your current actions have on your future.
But actions take place in the present. Which concept extends to whatever event qualifies. (Whatever properties satisfy the current event.) I don’t know how to speak in any other language other than philosophy. But that must be a lie. For example, I know how to experience sensual pleasure. The body speaks on its own. (Does it?)

And the future; it brings adventure and that’s all I know.
