A note on the content. I had kept a blog between 2005 and 2007 on a different domain before moving to wordpress. In that blog I used material that was up to two years older. So in the first posts in November 2007 are actually much older but wordpress wouldn’t let me change the time stamp and I couldn’t be bothered to figure out how at the time and now it’s too late.
